South of Station: Have Your Say
May 8, 2026
Brent Cross Town invites you to share your views on proposals for an important phase of the development in an area to the south of Brent Cross West Station. These proposals would deliver threenew residential buildings with a mix of housing types, as well as garden areas and public play space.

About the proposals
The proposed plans for the South of Station area aim to deliver a range of housing options to support a diverse community, providing homes for different needs and different stages of life. The consultation plans include:
- Plot 44 will provide around 200 rental homes.
- Plot 43a will provide around 100 homes for private sale.
- Plot 42a will provide over 50 affordable homes – a mix of social rent and below market value rent, and homes available to buy through initiatives like shared ownership.
- Surrounding streets, garden areas and public play space

The area we reference as ‘South of the Station’ will play an important role in completing the streets and spaces around Brent Cross West station.
Join us at the Visitor Pavilion, Claremont Road, NW2 1FE on Sunday 17 May, from 12pm to 4pm for a consultation event where you can learn more about the plans. Members of the project team will be available to answer any questions you may have about the proposals, which can be discussed over some tea and cake.
The exhibition materials will also be on display at the monthly residents drop in at the Visitor Pavilion on Thursday 21 May from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
