Shape your new community space at Brent Cross Town
We’re pleased to share that an operator has been selected for Brent Cross Town’s first dedicated community space.
Work is underway to prepare the space and develop plans for future activities and services. The community space is expected to open in 2027 and will provide a welcoming and flexible place for local residents, community groups and organisations.

Community space and events survey
In Autumn 2024, we reached out to residents and resident associations, businesses and community groups to share with us their views on how our community space could look like, as well as future events held there. The survey received nearly 200 survey responses over the course of three months.
These responses have helped inform us on the next steps, and in selecting an experienced operator to run this first dedicated community space, which is located on Merchant Street, opposite Conductor House. Feedback on events at Brent Cross Town has also been used to create event programmes for 2025, 2026 and beyond.
