Partnerships

Brent Cross Cricklewood is being led by Barnet Council and delivered through many partnerships with public and private organisations. Together, we are working towards a shared vision for this area:

To improve the quality of life for existing residents, whilst ensuring the evolving Barnet community reflects and enhances the unique character of the area and creates opportunities for everyone.

Brent Cross South is being developed by Brent Cross South Limited Partnership. The partnership is a joint venture between Barnet Council and developer Argent Related which was set up in 2016 with the purpose of developing Brent Cross South.

The Brent Cross West Thameslink programme is being led by the Council. In December 2019, Volker Fitzpatrick were awarded the contract to build Brent Cross West Thameslink Station, and Network Rail are engaged to deliver the Rail Systems works.

Brent Cross London, is a joint venture between Hammerson and Aberdeen Standard Investments who own and operate the Brent Cross Shopping Centre.

Conway Aecom has been appointed as the contractor to carry out the highways work on the southern junctions in Cricklewood as part of the first phase of infrastructure works to support the scheme.

London and Quadrant (L&Q) has been appointed development partners to build and manage the replacement homes for Whitefield Estate residents.

As the development progresses, we’ll be working with local groups and organisations to support and collaborate with on community projects, so that more people have the chance to contribute and benefit directly.
