The L-shaped building on at Plot 25 will be home to upwards of 660 students from universities across north and central London.

This building is being delivered by Fusion Students, the specialist student housing provider.

The scheme, designed by Glenn Howells Architects, comprise a 23 storey tower flanked by two 10 storey shoulder blocks and will be one of the first buildings built in Brent Cross Town. Staff will be on site 24 hours a day, managing the day-to-day running of the building as well as providing services and support to students.

The plans also include a pedestrian walkway which will link Brent South Shopping Park to the new Brent Cross Town high street, and commercial units on the ground floor which will have flexibility to be occupied by a range of town centre uses.
