Brent Cross West Community Gallery Launch
October 14, 2026
Join us on Saturday 31 October at 10am to celebrate the first-ever Brent Cross West Community Gallery, a new dedicated space for local creativity and community stories.
The gallery will showcase photographs taken by young local people during a photography workshop delivered by the Keep Rolling Project last August. Through their images, participants captured the people, places and moments that make our area unique.
At the launch, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the gallery, hear directly from some of the participants about what they learned through the workshop, and discover the stories behind the photographs on display. There will also be light refreshments and a fun Spin the Wheel game with prizes up for grabs, so be sure to try your luck!
To attend, please RSVP by emailing transformingbx@barnet.gov.uk
As the event is taking place within the station waiting room, we’ll need your details in advance so that access can be arranged through the ticket barriers, where a member of the team will meet you.
This exciting launch marks the opening of a new community gallery within Brent Cross West station, transforming a waiting room into a space where local voices, stories and creative talent can be shared and celebrated.
Safety Information – Please remember that station safety requirements will apply on the day. To help everyone enjoy the gallery safely, please remain within the waiting room/gallery area during the event. Children must also be at all times by a parent or guardian. When you’re on the platform, stay behind the yellow line and follow any instructions from station staff.
The gallery launch will last for one hour, after which we recommend you head to Claremont Park, just a short walk from the station, where a free Halloween Dog Parade will begin at 11am. See dogs of all shapes and sizes dressed in creative Halloween costumes, and enjoy a variety of stalls, activities and pop-ups for the whole family.
We hope the gallery will become a platform for many more community exhibitions and projects in the years to come. If you are interested in showcasing your work, please
We look forward to welcoming you and celebrating this exciting new community space together.
