Claremont School

December 22, 2020

Three schools will be rehoused in brand new buildings as part of the Brent Cross Town project, including an expanded Claremont Primary School.

The primary school will stay at its current location, but is being expanded and renovated as part of the Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration programme.

Once the work is complete the school will have capacity for up to 630 pupils, plus 40 nursery places or up to 80 part-time places. There will also be an Additional Resource Provision (‘ARP’) for children with autistic spectrum disorder.

New buildings will include a theatre space and other rooms that can be booked and used by the community, as well as a Multi-Use Games Area.

The school will gain permanent sports facilities on site, with additional permanent sports pitches on Clitterhouse Playing Fields. Public access will be permitted to sports facilities outside of school hours.
