Claremont Way is the entrance to Brent Cross Town, offering art, shops, and information about the programme.
In October we unveiled the new town’s first piece of public art, a large-scale mural which covers the gable wall on the parade of shops on Claremont Way. This shows a blossoming flower being held by three different hands set against a bright blue sky. Finnish-born London-based artist Annu Kilpeläinen created it, and took inspiration from the work of botanist William Cattley who lived in Barnet at the turn of the 19th century.
The three-storey temporary visitor pavilion in Claremont Way will open in December, showcasing Brent Cross Town’s masterplan and vision. This will be the go-to destination for anyone who wants to find out more about the development. There will also be separate spaces within the building for a small café, and for residential sales and office lettings staff.
We are also currently confirming details of the first new shops to move into the parade of shops at the entrance. Stay posted for more details.
