The Visitor Pavilion on Claremont Way was the first building to be completed at Brent Cross Town and threw open its doors to the public in December 2021. Built by RED Construction Group, the new low-carbon community hub uses cross-laminated timber (CLT), eliminating the need for a steel frame and features a timber-clad façade. 

Inside the well-used dog friendly venue you will find Spruce & Larch Café, offering customers amazing coffee, delicious bakes and a growing collection of houseplants for sale, as well as an exhibition space showcasing the vision for Brent Cross Town, its homes, workspaces, leisure and community spaces. 

The Visitor Pavilion’s exhibition space is open Wednesday to Sunday from 9am to 6pm (with a late opening on Thursday until 8pm).

A team of friendly welcome hosts are available to introduce you to the plans for the Brent Cross Town and show you around the model.
