At Conductor House (previously known as Plot 12), 120 new homes have been built by Related Argent that provide replacement social housing for the Whitefield Estate residents of Whychcote Point, Clare Point and Norden Point, as well as welcoming new residents into shared equity and London Living Rent homes.  

It was one of the first buildings to be completed at Brent Cross Town.
