Conductor House (previously known as Plot 12) provides 120 new homes which were built by Related Argent to provide replacement social housing for the Whitefield Estate residents of Whychcote Point, Clare Point and Norden Point, as well as welcoming new residents into shared equity and London Living Rent homes. The former Whitefield Estate residents officially moved into the building from March 2025. 

It was one of the first buildings to be completed at Brent Cross Town.
