47 replacement homes are being built on a site between Brent Terrace and Clitterhouse Crescent for residents of the Whitefield Estate. They will be a range of two, three and four-bedroom homes. Works commenced in June 2021 with the installation of hoarding to secure the area. Excavations will then take place to level the ground, followed by piling to lay the foundations of the buildings.
