Construction work to start on Brent Terrace
May 24, 2021
Work will start soon to build new homes on Brent Terrace. This week the Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration team, in partnership with L&Q, will host two online meetings for anyone living on Brent Terrace, Claremont Road or Clitterhouse Crescent who want to learn more about the construction of the new homes.
The 47 new homes are being built for the existing secure tenants and resident homeowners of the Whitefield Estate on the land between Brent Terrace and Clitterhouse Crescent, on sites known as Plots 53 and 54. 30 of the new replacement homes will be for secure tenants and 17 will be home to resident homeowners.
Join the online resident meetings
The meetings will take place via Microsoft Teams, on Tuesday 25 May from 2-4pm, and on Thursday 27 May from 6-8pm. We will talk about how construction traffic and noise will be managed, introduce the team working on site, and answer any of your questions or concerns.
If you do not have Teams you are welcome to contact us and we will arrange to meet with you separately.
If you have any questions you would like to ensure are answered at the meeting, or if you are unable to attend, please also contact us and we will arrange to meet with you separately.
