Hosted by popular MC Tom Webb, The Funny Club brings top comedy stars from our screens to stage, where there’ll be five comedians each night, with headliners including Ali Woods, Elliott Cass, Josh Berry and Grace Campbell. Audiences can expect everything from razor-sharp observations and hilarious storytelling to quick-fire one-liners, character comedy and crowd-pleasing improvisation.

The Funny Club will be hosted at the new restaurant and bar, Always Gladice, Unit 1-4, Neighbourhood Square, NW2 8BA, and each night will run from 7pm to 10pm.

Here is the line up for each of the four nights of live comedy:

Friday 16 October
Ali Woods · Omar Badaway · Sophie Garrad · Monica Sueh · Limahl Germain

Saturday 17 October
Elliott Cass · Kyrah Gray · Kat Baker · Ruairi McInerney · Sam Coade

Friday 23 October

Saturday 24 October
Grace Campbell · Rajiv Karia · Abi Clarke · Tim Renkow · Dom McGovern

Tickets are £16.50 per person (includes booking fee), and each ticket sold will help support local mental health services, with all proceeds donated to local charity, Mind in Enfield and Barnet, who advocate that being able to laugh and enjoy moments of humour can boost mental health. Your ticket will also give you 30% off at Always Gladice that night, so you can enjoy delicious food whilst watching live comedy. Book your ticket here.

Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis, so we’re giving our local community the first opportunity to book and be part of this special event. Whether you’re coming with friends, family or on your own, we hope you’ll join us for a fantastic night of live comedy.

Hear from what some of the comedians have to say about The Funny Club:

Elliot Cass said: “Comedy nights are hard to beat and The Funny Club is a particularly good one. A great venue, a cracking line-up me included, and all proceeds going to a really good cause. What more could you ask for, I am happy with that”.

Peter Rugman said: “Laughter might not be the best medicine – but it’s definitely up there. Comedy has always been my escape hatch, and it’s helped me through some pretty dark times. I’m really happy to be part of a festival where, for a little while, people can forget about whatever rubbish is going on outside, have a good old indulgent laugh, and raise some money for MIND Enfield and Barnet at the same time.”

Monica Sueh added: “There’s something genuinely lovely about a room full of strangers laughing together. It’s probably the only infectious thing people aren’t afraid of! For a little while, everyone gets to forget about everything else and just have a good time.”

Brent Cross Town is the new park town being delivered in partnership between Related Argent and Barnet Council, at the heart of the Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration programme.
