Brent Cross Cricklewood is being led by Barnet Council and delivered through many partnerships with public and private organisations. Together, we are working towards a shared vision for this area:

To improve the quality of life for existing residents, whilst ensuring the evolving Barnet community reflects and enhances the unique character of the area and creates opportunities for everyone.

Brent Cross Town is being developed by Brent Cross South Limited Partnership, a joint venture between Barnet Council and property developer Related Argent which was set up in 2016 with the purpose of developing Brent Cross Town.

The Brent Cross West station programme is being led by the Council. In December 2019, VolkerFitzpatrick was awarded the contract to build Brent Cross West station, and Network Rail are engaged to deliver the rail systems works.

Brent Cross London is a joint venture between Hammerson and Aberdeen Standard Investments who own and operate the Brent Cross Shopping Centre.

London and Quadrant (L&Q) has been appointed as the development partners to build and manage the replacement homes for Whitefield Estate residents

Conway Aecom was appointed as the contractor to carry out the highways work on the southern junctions in Cricklewood as part of the first phase of infrastructure works to support the scheme. This was completed in 2021.

Tarmac Kier has now been appointed to carry out further highways improvement works for the Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration scheme.

Mclaughlin and Harvey has been awarded the design and build contract to deliver the replacement Waste Transfer Station at Geron Way.

As the development progresses, we’ll be working with local groups and organisations to support and collaborate with on community projects, so that more people have the chance to contribute and benefit directly.
